Registration

Some organisations should be registered for VAT and are not because they have not fully understood the VAT implications of the range of activities they undertake.

We will look at all your business activities and determine whether you should be VAT registered. If you should be, we will help you register, quantify the sums involved and agree with HMRC the VAt position from the date that you should have first registered. Alternatively, there may be benefits in the organisation voluntarily registering for VAT and we will again quantify these benefits to help the business decide whether the potential advantages outweigh the increased administration costs.

We would also advise, where applicable, whether it would be beneficial to apply for group VAT registration.
